Tony Geudens
SALTO ID Project Officer
Tony has been working since 2000 for SALTO Inclusion & Diversity. He coordinates the ‘Strategic Partnership for Inclusion’ between 18 Erasmus+ youth/Solidarity Corps National Agencies and makes the ‘Mobility Tasters for inclusion’ happen.
Besides training, Tony also loves to write and has developed some of the Inclusion for All publications. He has an academic background in languages, intercultural management and (social) psychology. Tony is married and has adopted 3 cats, 1 mouse and 6 chickens.

Hi, I am Lien the local from Ostend! I love this city and it’s amazing to host the ID Forum here in this beautiful place. I did some volunteering work in Iceland this year. My sending organisation was Jint and that’s how I got involved in SALTO as well. So now I am here working on an amazing project about inclusion and diversity. I do sports almost every day and I love to cook!

Marija Kljajic
SALTO ID Project Officer
Marija (project officer) has been working for SALTO Inclusion & Diversity since 2010. Works on topics like NEET issues, (cultural) diversity and developing tools, and organising supporting activities for the NA ID officers. As for her educational background, Marija holds a master's degree in Political Sciences, Theory of culture and has studied social policy and social work at the University of Belgrade, Serbia.

Nino studied Social Sciences and she is interested in the topics of Human Rights and Peacebuilding. Also, she is a member of the Youth Peace Ambassadors Network and she tries to promote peace in the Caucasus and Eastern European countries.​

Susie comes from the practice field, has done a bit of policy-making, enjoys facilitating, and is getting more and more into writing and research.

Pieter-Jan De Graeve
SALTO ID Project Officer
Pieter-Jan recently joined Salto Inclusion & Diversity as a staff officer. Before he worked at the University of Ghent where he performed poverty-research, and at the Centre of Labour Market Expertise at the KU Leuven where he investigated the labour market position of asylum-seekers, lower-skilled persons, and young people in a neet-situation. Following his passion, Pieter-Jan is still active as an instructor in youth work at Jonge Helden.

Henrique Gonçalves
SALTO ID Project Officer
Henrique got inspired by the power of international youth work and non-formal education during his European Voluntary Service in Prague in 2013. He worked as a project and networking coordinator at International Young Naturefriends and collaborated with several international youth networks and E+ National Agencies on the topics of non-formal learning, environmental education, sustainability, participation, inclusion, and activism. In February 2020, he became a Project Officer at SALTO I&D.

Marie works as a communication specialist and journalist. Apart from that, she has a strong passion for creative youth work. At the ID Forum Marie will be there for all your Covid related questions and make sure the ID Forum can take place safely.

Bob Demunter
Logistics Coordinator
Solving over 5 years of logistic needs at JINT, National Agency of Belgium – Flanders. Strong passion for eating way too much and then burning it all off by doing Crossfit. As well as, as they say in Dutch: “logistieke brandjes blussen” which translates to making sure everything runs smoothly even with last minute changes. Come to me for just about any questions regarding logistics and anything practical at the ID forum or just to have a chat.

Joanna Stompel – Digital Facilitator
Joanna - Psychologist, Trainer & Career Coach. Member of Trainers' Pool of Polish National Agency of European Solidarity Corps. Member of Pool of Experts & Trainers of European Youth Forum. Joanna works as a Career Coach at the University of Lodz, Poland. She is involved in youth work since 2007, being a youth leader in The Polish Scouting and Guiding Association.

Anna Yeghoyan – Facilitator
Anna has been working in the field of youth work, youth training, and youth policy at the European level for over 15 years, and has been an active advocate of youth participation at all levels: community development to policy-making. She has significant experience in grassroots youth work, capacity development, volunteering promotion, and accessibility of non-formal education. Anna is actively involved in the promotion and quality development of EU Youth Programmes and mainstreaming inclusive and participatory approaches and practices.

​Grassroots social worker and trainer, with extended experience work for 19 years having worked for different organizations in different roles such as consultant/Creator for Social Cohesion Programme of UNICEF Turkey for Youth and Adolescents, consultant at UNHCR capacity and content development of Turkish teachers on social inclusion, part of the PoT of Council of Europe and active in The European Youth Programmes since 2001.

Kalle is a trainer and facilitator with over 25 years of experience in the youth work field from various posts and organizations. In the ID field, he has worked especially with youth with disabilities and migrants.

​Simona is a freelance trainer and facilitator specialising in anti-discrimination, inclusion and diversity, and youth policy processes. She is a full-time HR and Finance Manager at WeMove Europe and volunteer President of Ljubljana Pride Association. She is also a passionate traveller and proud owner of over 100 house plants.

Graphic Recorder/Facilitator
Based in Tallinn (Estonia), Olalla has been working for the last six years in the youth work field as a volunteer manager and graphic facilitator/recorder. She combines these roles by integrating visuals in local and international youth work activities she is part of and by collaborating in events organized by institutions from the education and civil society fields. Olalla adores animals, is an active yoga enthusiast, and cannot live a day without structuring information as either visuals or lists.

 Social Media Content Manager
Maria Kousoula is a social media content manager of SALTO Inclusion & Diversity. She is currently taking the Master's in Gender Studies: Intersectionality and Change at Linköping University. Apart from her studies, her motivation and curiosity about transformative work and change in organisations lead her to be involved in various Non-Profit Organisations.  The areas of her interest are gender issues, well-being, self-development, and positive psychology. The concept of Lifelong Learning and the non-formal education methods had a great impact on her life, and now she is dedicated to passing on their positive effects on others.

President of Asociación PROMESAS is a Non-Formal Educator, trainer, and Waldorf pedagogy teacher, he has been involved in Non-Formal Education as a volunteer since 2002 when he joined the scouts again as an educator. He’s very passionate about personal development and has been involved in International educational events for more than 60.000 people and developed different tools about experiential learning, educational escape rooms, and other methods.

ID Forum Rapporteur & Web Designer
 Trainer, facilitator and instructional designer, based in Spain,   specialized in lifelong learning, learning mobility and competence development with over 15 years of experience with private and government institutions.
He envisions a future where education turns into learning by transforming theory into learner-centered practices.
In the meantime, he loves travelling and getting to know other cultures (born in Argentina, studied and lived in the USA, Europe and Japan).
