This evaluation is based on 27 responses from the residential event and 11 responses from the online version. When presented with a scale, 1 is the lowest value and 5 is the highest. ​Word clouds for open questions were made  to cluster responses into main concepts and display them in a visual manner. Larger fonts represent a larger number of occurrences of the concept or related concepts. Font size does not intend to show sentiment towards the concept.

​1 - How much did this conference meet its objectives?
Most on-site respondents claimed that the forum objectives were met on different levels.  For the 'Celebrate' objective, 88% gave it a score of 4  and higher on a 1 to 5 scale. The 'Get  Inspired' Objective ranked from a 74% of respondents  4 and 5 points, to 22% with 3 and only 1 respondent that found it unmet with 2 points. With the 'Get Ready' objective, most respondents (77%) scored 3 and 4 points.

2 - How would you rate your understanding of different methods, tools and resources of working with young people in Inclusion and Diversity context?
Out of 27 respondents, more than half, 14, increased their understanding of the subject, whereas 13 remained the same after the conference.  The progress within the former is evident with 15 people scoring from 1 to 3 points before the forum, but positioning  all of them on the 3 to 5 range, with 21 respondents scoring 4 and 5 points .

3 - How would you rate your learning achievements about the next generation of EU youth programmes, by identifying needs and trends on inclusion & diversity?
In the case of Learning Achievements about the next generation of EU Youth programmes, 19 respondents increased their learning and 8 remained the same as before the conference. Consequently, the number of people scoring on the lower tier from 1 to 3, decreased from 20 to only 5 respondents. Likewise, most respondents, 22 out of 27, located themselves within the 4-5 points range after the forum.

4 - How confident do you feel to collaborate internationally or on international projects on the topic of ID?
Although 12 respondents out of 27 claimed that their confidence in international project collaboration remained the same after the forum, 12 of them showed a steep increase in their scoring for most of the 14 people in the 1-3 range moving to the 4-5 point scores.

5 - How satisfied were you with...
Overall, the survey shows high levels of satisfaction. On average, the facilitators approach scored an 85%, the venue a 93%, materials provided an 86%, preparatory information a 90%, and with the conference as a whole reaching an 88% satisfaction level of the surveyed audience.

Networking:

8 - What is your rating of the overall effectiveness of the thematic workshop you attended?
Attendees rated overall effectiveness of the workshops,  ranking them from a 73% for "Building a culture of ID" to a 90% average for "Addressing mental health". The two other workshops were ranked at a 82% with "Intersectional approach to ID" and a 74% with "I&D in times of crises".

Out of 11 respondents, more than half, 6, increased their understanding of the subject, whereas for the other 5 of them remained the same after the conference.  The chart shows how the scores improved after the conference with 7 people in the 2-3-point range before the conference, and 9 respondents assessing themselves with 4 and 5 points afterwards.

Consequently, the number of people scoring on the lower tier from 2 to 3, decreased by more than half,from 8 to only 3 respondents. Likewise, most respondents, 8 out of 11, located themselves within the 4-5 points range after the forum.

On the other hand, in the online group, confidence to collaborate in international projects was not as impacted as for the on-site audience. Only 4 respondents out of 11 increased their scores after the event. In any case, only one respondent scored 3 points out of 4 cases before the event.

Overall, the survey shows high levels of satisfaction. On average, the facilitator's approach scored an 90%,  the online setup and tools an 89%, preparatory information a 92%, and with the conference as a whole reaching an 87% satisfaction level of the surveyed audience.

8 - What is your rating of the overall effectiveness of the thematic workshop: International ID Projects in the Age of Digitalization?
With a certain disparity in the rating, almost 30% of the participants scored it with 3 points and lower. On average, the overall effectiveness of the workshop reached a 78%.
